  • ¾ part agave nectar (or simple syrup

  • 10ml sugar syrup

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir well
  2. Strain into a glass over fresh ice
  3. Twist orange peel over the glass to finish

  • 100ml tonic water
  • 25ml espresso or cold brew coffee

Method

  1. Pour the Drambuie into a Collins glass and fill ¾ with tonic water
  2. Add the espresso or cold brew coffee.
