These are the rules for the chance to win a Home Bar Makeover prize.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions.
By participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

This promotion is only open to GB residents aged 18 or over (at their date of entry), excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, its subsidiaries, other group companies or agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
The Promoters may verify any details of any entrant. The Promoters will verify the winner for eligibility.

4. Limit on entries
There is no limit on the number of entries a person can submit and The Promoters will accept multiple entries from the same person. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. Social Media
Entrants must have a public active Instagram account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one to participate. You will require an active email address in order to do this. The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the Instagram account used. Proof of ownership of the social media account and proof of age may be required.
Any entries received from private accounts on Instagram will not be entered due to privacy restrictions. To enter from a private account, participants must amend their account settings to a public account in order for their entry to be accepted. The account must remain public during the promotion and for 4 weeks after the end of the promotion to enable the Promoters to contact the entrant in the event of their entry being a winner.
ThePromotersmonitors responses to this promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the Instagram community or which contain anything which is likely to, or could cause offence or distress will be removed from the promotion. Your entry will be deemed invalid and disqualified if it: -
contains any people;
unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
in the reasonable opinion of the Promoters, causes any widespread or serious offence;
contains content deemed socially irresponsible including the promotion of excessive consumption of alcohol;
made by an entrant using a false name; or
is made on someone else’s behalf.
This promotion run via Instagram is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants agree to release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the promotion. By entering, all participants accept that they have no claim against Instagram. Entrants also understand that any personal details they submit to enter a promotion or claim a prize are provided to the Promoters and not to that social media channel.
Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoters may interfere with the operation of Instagram. The Promoters does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to Instagram.
6. Promotional Period
The promotion will run from 12:00 06/10/2021 to 23:59 31/10 /2021 (GMT UK time).
Any entries received before the start date or after the closing date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
7. How to enter
To enter the competition, post a picture of a cocktail you have created within thelast18 months along with the inspiration behind it. Tag Clink Spirits Instagram account (@clinkspirit) with details available at www.clinkspirit.com. The image must contain the cocktail only, images containing any additional elements or people will be disqualified.
8. General rules on entry
Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged or otherwise deficient entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoters take no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoters’ discretion.
Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet.
Prize: The winner will receive a home bar makeover to the value of £5,000 courtesy of Clink*. Interior designer, Siobhan Murphy, will provide a consultation over Zoom, create a bespoke home bar design and send to the winner. Siobhan Murphy will also make a recommendation of the equipment, bar tools, materials, interior fixings, spirits and furnishings that will be needed to bring this design to life and Clink* will source the above and send them to winner. The prize does not include any labour costs associated with building the home bar and it is the responsibility of the winner to recreate Siobhan’s design within their home. For the consultation, the winner must ensure they have a Wi-Fi connection and suitable laptop, PC or device.
10. General rules on prizes
The Promoters will not be liable for any part of the prize which are lost, delayed or damaged when in transit to the winner.
The Promoters may substitute the prize (or an individual aspect of the prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where it deems it strictly necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
The winner may not transfer the right to accept their prize to another person without the Promoters’ consent.
The Promoters will not offer cash alternatives to the prize. The prize is not negotiable.
If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoters and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion, fulfilment dates or prize.
11. Winner Selection
The competition’s judge, Guilia Cuccurullo, Head Bartender at Artesian, will shortlist the best three and post them on Clink’s Instagram page. This will be based on:
The quality of the cocktail created
Skills acquired over thelast18 months to create the cocktail
Inspiration behind the cocktail – the funniest, warmest, most engaging stories
Showing skills to improvise/innovate at home using what is available to create something delicious
Followers will be asked to vote for their favourite and the winner with the most likes will be deemed the winner.
The three shortlist entrants will be selected and informed the week commencing the1st November via a DM on InstagramfromClinkspirit. People will be invited to vote for their favourite over a period of 7 days and this process will start on the2nd November at 00.01 and end at 23.59 on 9th November 2021.
The Promoters will monitor the voting and all voting patterns and no prize will be awarded as a result of any improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. Improper actions include (but are not limited to) using automated means to vote, the use of incentives, social media campaign, vote exchange or membership of a voting group.
12. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted by direct message on Instagram within 2 days of the close of the voting period, where they must verify their age via photo id (passport or driving licence or equivalent). The consultation will happen on 15th November. The blueprint for the winner’s home bar will happen within14 days of the consultation (29th November) and all the equipment and materials to create the bar will be sourced via online retail sites and sent within 14 days of the blueprint being created (December) All the equipment and materials will be despatched by the retailers and sent directly to the winner’s home.
The winner has 2 days to verify their details from first notification (name, email address, postal address and age)in order to claim the prize via an email address included within their winner notification.
In the case that the winner of Clink Home Bar Makeover does not respond in time, reject the prize or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. The winner consultation will take place at an agreed date if confirmed after 9th November. The creation of blueprints and delivery of all equipment and materials will then correspond with the timeframes indicated above.
Entrants are encouraged to monitor their Instagram direct messages during this time in case they are the winner.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of the prize. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
13. Publicity/Winner name release
If aged and appearing over 25, the winner will be requested to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and the winning cocktail and bar design will feature on Clink’s website. The Promoters will not publish personal details of the winner without obtaining prior permission.
The Promoters will make available the winner’s surname and county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
Entrants and the winner may be requested to participate in photo, recordings, video and/or filming sessions and to all allow the Promoters, without charge, to use these photos, recordings, videos and/or films in any media and in any manner it sees fit.
The Promoters reserves the right to verify all entries including, but not limited to, asking for address and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 7 days.
The Promoters may:
refuse to award the prize;
withdraw prize entitlement;
refuse further participation in the promotion; and/or
disqualify the participant,
where there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, won using fraudulent means or otherwise gained unfair advantage in participating.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoters may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. In these circumstances, the Promoters may immediately terminate the promotion without any liability.
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability shall be limited to the minimum allowable by law), the Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
The Promoters have no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
16. Brand Protection
The winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoters, bring the Promoters or its brand into disrepute during the Clink Home Bar Makeover.

ThePromoterss’ decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any of these clauses are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
18. Data Protection
Clink* will use the personal details supplied by entrants for the administration of the promotion and, in the case of the winner, the fulfilment of the prize. Any data obtained will be deleted three months after the end date of the competition.
The personal details entrants submit must be true and up-to-date.
