Hendrick’s Gin is crafted in a most unusual way. Two very different stills are used, and the contents are blended together to give the light taste and aroma of the gin. Eleven botanicals - chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root - are infused into Hendrick’s gin, all wildly different and exceedingly delightful on the taste buds.

The distilling process and the eleven botanical ingredients are used in all Hendrick’s gins, including in Ms Lesley Gracie’s cabinet of curiosities range:

Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin: With the magical unknown of the crashing sea as inspiration, this edition takes creative notes from the Ayrshire Scottish coastline near to the Hendrick’s distillery. This quirky gin includes locally sourced coastal botanicals and a citrus finish.

Hendrick’s Flora Adora Gin: A floral addition to Hendrick’s offering, this gin takes cues from the original gin’s herbal character yet incorporates an enchanting taste and aroma from the flowers beloved by butterflies and bees. Find out more about this enticingly refreshing infusion in our blog.
