It is first matured for sixteen years in American Oak casks, infusing an abundance of sweet vanilla spice and warm honey notes into the liquid. Next, it is finished in French Pineau Fortified Wine Casks; a unique technique that emboldens our single malt whisky with an energizing grapefruit, geranium, glazed fruit and ginger flavour.
