The Balvenie Single Barrel 25 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is a non-chill filtered release from The Balvenie warehouse, matured exclusively in traditional American oak casks for the distinctive Balvenie character, rich, honeyed and gently spiced.

Each bottle is one of no more than 300 bottles from a single cask. Each individually hand numbered and uniquely identified on the bottle label to the cask. Showing the distillation date, bottling date and cask number. 

Each cask is hand selected by Malt Master David Stewart MBE, selecting them for whisky that has the character he expects of Balvenie matured for 25 years. No two casks will ever produce an identical single malt, but it is this careful sampling and selection by our Malt Master, The Balvenie Single Barrel Traditional Oak has a consistent character that is deep, honeyed and rich with overtures of oak and spice.

Tasting Notes:

Taste: Silky sweet vanilla and gentle spice descend into signature Balvenie honeyed notes
